Creating gluten free meals for your family and yourself can be a lot of fun. You can make quality time out of it with your children or spouse. You can even take classes and make a profession out of it. How nice does it sound to have your entire family (happily) helping you make a delicious and nutritious meal? Personally, that is my favorite way to make big family dinners.

One of the parenting struggles of being a busy mom or dad is trying to plan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every Friday, we will share our weekly recipe round-up of great gluten free and paleo recipes for you and your family. Our hope is that this is helpful in deciding what you want to make for dinner and makes meal planning a little easier for you.

Here are this week’s four fantastic favorite recipes:

Roasted Peach, Feta, & Pistachio Salad with a Honey & Mustard Dressing

If you are looking for a refreshing and lighter dinner you will love Emma Eats and Explores’ recipe for “Roasted Peach, Feta, and Pistachio Salad with Honey and Mustard Dressing”. She had me with roasted peaches. The combination of the different ingredients is actually extremely exquisite. They compliment each other very well. When you consolidate the time of roasting the peaches, cubing up the cheese, and preparing the dressing this recipe takes roughly 40 minutes.

Bacon Wrapped Potato Bowls with Clam Chowder

For all of you clam chowder lovers here is a recipe that will knock you right off your feet. So make sure you are sitting when you try it! Fearless Dining’s “Bacon Wrapped Potato Bowls with Clam Chowder” takes chowder to the next extreme. This meal is not only fun to make and eat, it’s as delicious as it looks. This meal takes approximately an hour and 15 minutes and easily makes 12 servings.

Instant Pot Butternut Squash Soup

All over the map, the weather doesn’t seem to know what it wants to do yet. For those days of the week that it is chilly, here is a great recipe from One Happy Housewife for “Instant Pot Butternut Squash Soup”. Because this meal is made in the instant pot, the time it takes to make it is a little under an hour. She describes this meal to be “not too tricky” which is great for those who are ready to start making more difficult meals. This recipe makes eight servings and is a crowd pleaser.
