Eating well is important, whether it is gluten free or not. Of course, it is important for your body, but as a parent it is even more important because of the little bodies that you are feeding. You are teaching what is best to eat for everyday meals and what to eat for special occasions or in moderation. This sometimes can seem impossible but it is not.

One of the parenting struggles of being a busy mom or dad is trying to plan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every Friday, we will share our weekly recipe round-up of great gluten free and paleo recipes for you and your family. Our hope is that this is helpful in deciding what you want to make for dinner and makes meal planning a little easier for you.

Here are this week’s four fantastic favorite recipes:

Greek Style Chicken Traybake

If you are looking for recipes that are unique as well as delicious you should try Emma Eats and Explores recipes. The “Greek Style Chicken Traybake” is perfection. It takes roughly an hour to prep and bake which is great for a busy at-home afternoon. What makes this so delicious in my opinion is the combination of peppers, herbs, and cheese. It really makes a fun, colorful, and tasty plate.

Instant Pot Pumpkin Soup

Soup is always so good for dinner. It does not get the credit it deserves. Soup is so easily made into a healthy meal full of vitamins, but the problem is that it usually takes longer to cook. Well, leave it to One Happy Housewife to create a delicious and extremely speedy “Instant Pot Pumpkin Soup Recipe”. This recipe takes 20 minutes to make and it makes eight servings. When using this recipe carefully pick out the ingredients to avoid any sneaky gluten.

Gluten Free Grilled Veggie Bubba Burger

Every week I have at least one day that there is just too much to do and very little time. Fearless Dining saved me this week with her post on “Gluten Free Grilled Veggie Burgers”. The best part is that you do not have to remember to pull them out to defrost. These burgers are great but what really makes them is the mustard sauce she shares to go with them. The sauce takes five minutes to make and adds all the “pizazz” you need.
