Whether you enjoy it or not, cooking can be rewarding, especially when the people you are cooking for love your food. But it can be tough to add new meals every week that your family will love. It is even harder when your family eats gluten free or paleo because of an allergy.

One of the parenting struggles of being a busy mom or dad is trying to plan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every Friday, we will share our weekly recipe round-up of great gluten free and paleo recipes for you and your family. Our hope is that this is helpful in deciding what you want to make for dinner and makes meal planning a little easier for you.

Here are this week’s four fantastic favorite recipes:

Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

This recipe from the One Happy Housewife blog is an easy transition to gluten free. Now we all know that Spaghetti and Meat Sauce or Meatballs is a very traditional dinner. It’s an easy go-to on a busy day and now an even easier meal to make. The “Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meat Sauce” recipe takes approximately 12 minutes to make. You will have to substitute the noodles for your favorite gluten free option. As well, some broths and stocks contain gluten, so be sure to check the labels or bake your own bone broth. This meal will pair well with sides like steamed vegetables and a gluten free garlic bread.

Roast Prime Rib of Beef

“Roast Prime Rib of Beef”, how amazing does that sound? The Emma Eats and Explores blog is always good for finding delicious dinner recipes and more. This recipe is incredibly easy and only takes 90 minutes to make. My favorite recipes are the kind that are not only easy to make but have the least ingredients. For this recipe you will only need four ingredients; the ribs beef, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Of course, this meal is paired well with many different sides such as salad or potatoes.

Gluten Free Delicata Squash Quesadillas

The best part of quesadillas is that they are so easy to add to for your liking which makes it great for families with picky eaters. My favorite part is that I am able to hide vegetables from my picky eater in them, such as winter squash. The Fearless Dining blog is great for dinners that work well with picky eaters. The “Gluten Free Delicata Squash Quesadilla” recipe is another simple, quick, and easy dinner to make that the whole family will love. It takes roughly 15 minutes to make and goes well with sides like beans and vegetables.

Gluten Free Pork Chops – One Pan Meals

Pork chops are delicious any time of the year. However, as the weather cools down, my mind switches to making comfort foods. As a busy parent, I find this pork chop recipe to be easy and delicious. The best thing about pork chops for me is that I purchase my meat from local farmers and it not only helps the community, but it helps the farmers stay in business.
