Whether you chose the gluten-free lifestyle or it chose you it can be challenging to learn how to cook and diet all over again. There are countless amounts of resources on the internet to make this change easy.

The parenting struggles of trying to plan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be hard. Every Friday, we will share our weekly recipe round-up of great gluten free and paleo recipes for you and your family. Our hope is that this is helpful in deciding what you want to make for dinner and makes meal planning a little easier for you.

Jessica of Adventures of a Cavemom has shared her “Paleo Sheet Pan Chicken Stir Fry” recipe and it looks great. The meal takes approximately 30 minutes to make and asks for a minimum of 30 minutes of marinating. If you do not have the time she offers alternative ways to cook this meal and still get the great flavors.

Quick and Easy Fresh Herb Lemon Chicken

Sandi of Fearless Dining is always good for quick and easy meals that are still enjoyable. This week we are sharing her “Quick and Easy Fresh Herb Lemon Chicken” recipe. The meal takes approximately 25 minutes and uses a delicious Chardonnays to cook with. This recipe is great for any last bit of lemons you may have from the season.

Hearty Vegetable Soup

Stefani of Natural Paleo Family has shared many healing meals and this week we have another one from her. Her “Hearty Vegetable Soup” is made with bone broth and full of vegetables that include many vitamins and minerals. She described this meal as “perfect for using leftover veggies”.

Courgetti Aglio E Olio with King Prawns

Are you looking for a healthy season dinner? Emma of Emma Eats has created “Courgetti Aglio E Olio with King Prawns” recipe. She uses zucchini zoodles, with chili, garlic, and jumbo shrimp. This flavor-filled meal takes approximately 15 minutes to make.

Rich and Creamy Meat Lasagna

Valerie of One Happy Housewife has shared an instant pot meal that has never failed families everywhere, “Rich and Creamy Meat Lasagna”. This meal is great for beginners and takes approximately one hour to make. Of course, to make this Gluten-free you will need to substitute the noodles with your favorite gluten-free noodle.
