A gluten-free lifestyle does not have to be a boring lifestyle. There are so many amazing dishes that do not include any gluten ingredients. Some of our favorite bloggers are living a gluten-free life and eating a more delicious meal than before. This weekly recipe roundup includes some basic meals with delightful twists that the adults and the little ones will enjoy.

One of the parenting struggles of being a busy mom or dad is trying to plan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every Friday, we will share our weekly recipe round-up of great gluten free and paleo recipes for you and your family. Our hope is that this is helpful in deciding what you want to make for dinner and makes meal planning a little easier for you.

Here are this weeks five fantastic favorite recipes:

 

 

Grilled Paleo Taco Burgers

It is finally getting warm outside which means grill season. Stefanie, of Natural Paleo Family, has created an outstanding “Grilled Paleo Taco Burger”. It is a fairly easy recipe and only takes approximately 25 minutes. She tops these taco burgers with guacamole and salsa as well as substitutes the bun for lettuce.

Easy Mexican Style Chicken Soup

Sandi, of Fearless Dining, has shared her “Easy Mexican Style Chicken Soup” and it is delicious. The meal takes approximately 50 minutes to create and has a total of 18 grams of protein. This soup is full of chilli-like beans and vegetables that work wonderfully with a garnish of sour cream and jalapeno.

Pickled Red Onion Habanero Salsa

Valerie, of One Happy Housewife, is always good for bringing a new twist to the old dish. This week we are sharing her recipe for, “Pickled Red Onion Habanero Salsa”. This salsa takes approximately 10 minutes to create and she suggests pairing with carnitas, pulled pork, and chicken tacos.

Paleo Creamy Herb Chicken

One of the many struggles of a gluten-free diet is changing recipes that call for cream of chicken or mushroom soup without losing the flavor combination and creaminess. Jessica, of Adventure of a Cave mom, has many delicious and creamy dinner such as her, “Paleo Creamy Herb Chicken”. This meal is a one-skillet dish and takes less than 30 minutes to make.

Sweet Chilli Salmon with Sesame Seeds

Emma, of Emma Eats and Explores has created a delicate “Sweet Chilli Salmon with Sesame Seeds” recipe. This is a great lazy weekend night meal because you only have to marinade for 1 hour and it takes approximately 15 minutes to make. She suggests pairing this dish with her “Roasted Asparagus and Tenderstem Broccoli” and “Lemon and Coriander (Cilantro) Cauliflower Rice, which both have links included in the recipe.
