Every Friday, we will share our weekly recipe round-up of great gluten-free and paleo recipes for you and your family. Our hope is that this is helpful in deciding what you want to make for dinner and makes meal planning a little easier for you.

Easy Cheesy Beef and Bowtie Pasta
Many families with young picky eaters have found there are certain meals that will not end in a wasted plate. Valerie, of One Happy Housewife, has a great addition to add to this list of meals, “Easy Cheese Beef and Bowtie Pasta”. For pasta, try Banza’s gluten-free pasta or whichever brand you prefer. This meal takes less than 20 minutes to prepare and cook. This is a great meal for a busy day.
Paleo Lasagna
There are so many different ways to make gluten-free meals and Emma, of Emma Eats and Explores has an amazing “Paleo Lasagna”. This dish does take 3 to 8 hours to prepare but can be prepared and frozen. Once preparation is complete the dish takes 30 to 45 minutes to bake. This meal is great for those young picky eaters because you are able to sneak some extra vegetables in and not have to worry about a lot of waste.
Savory Italian Ground Pork Leek Meatballs
Meatballs are a crowd pleaser including the little food critics. Sandi, of Fearless Dining, has created a delicious meatball recipe that has a secret ingredient, vegetables. Her “Savory Italian Ground Pork Leek Meatballs” will make getting your littles to eat effortlessly. The dish takes approximately 46 minutes to make, maybe less if smaller in size.
Quick and Easy Bean Quesadillas
One of the most disappointing parts about feeding young picky eaters is confidently preparing a meal and getting shot down. After a week worth of those reactions a meal that is quick and easy is great to give you a break which is why we chose to feature Stefanie’s, of Natural Paleo Family “Quick and Easy Bean Quesadillas” recipe. All you do is pick a bean and smash it up with some salsa and add some cheese. You can either grill it on the stove or pop it in the microwave to heat and melt.
