Cooking healthy meals with your kids not only helps to develop positive eating habits, it is also a great way to interact with your children while teaching them how to cook. 1. Cabbage and bacon is always a good combo. I have been making use of this glorious combination for years, but this recipe makes it so simple. With such few ingredients, one can make a simple, healthy and tasty meal for any age to enjoy. I can’t wait to try this one.

The salsa chicken recipe is another one after my own heart due to its simplicity. With just a few ingredients, chicken is brought to life and then can be used anyway you wish, wether its in a taco or a salad or just on its own. We all need that good protein in our lives!

Finishing off the roundup with a sweet recipe is great. Being a vegan, it is difficult to find sweet treats that do not contain eggs or milk. This recipe provides just that! Not only will I get the sweets I am craving, but also feel comfort in knowing that it contains ingredients that will help my body, not hurt it.
