One of the parenting struggles of being a busy mom or dad is trying to plan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every Friday, we will share our weekly recipe round-up of great gluten free and paleo recipes for you and your family. Our hope is that this is helpful in deciding what you want to make for dinner and makes meal planning a little easier for you.

Pan Fried Cod with Tomato, Chorizo, and Haricot Bean Cassoulet

The dish is full of vegetables, beans, herbs, and of course fish. This meal will take approximately 40 minutes to take from start to finish.

Tuna Avocado Salad

Sandi, the owner of Fearless Dining, has the perfect dish for a small appetite. Her “Tuna Avocado Salad” takes a very brief ten minutes to create. It is a half of an avocado stuffed with Tuna and your favorite vegetables.

Paleo Teriyaki Steak Roll Up

Jessica, the owner of Adventures of a Cave Mom, has created the ” Paleo Teriyaki Steak Roll up” recipe. The recipe calls for one to four hours of a marinade and is rich in iron. This is a fairly easy meal to create and the vegetables can be switched out for other making this kid-friendly.

Hearty Cabbage and Bacon Soup

Stefanie, the owner of Natural Paleo Family, has designed a dish that is beneficial for chronic illness. Her “Hearty Cabbage and Bacon Soup” is full of vegetables, bone broth, herbs, and seasonings that are helpful to keep a healthy gut. This recipe makes eight servings and takes approximately one hour and 25 minutes to create.

Instant Pot Carnitas

Valerie, the owner of One Happy Housewife, has created another beautiful Instant Pot recipe. The “Instant Pot Carnitas” take approximately ten minutes to prepare and two hours to cook. This meal is beginner level and gives the option of choosing different toppings once plated.
